We offer online ordering for your next gathering, corporate meeting, or customer appreciation event with pick-up and delivery options. 

You can also visit our bake stand in Darien, Wisconsin on Saturdays, or check our event listings to visit us at an upcoming local market or festival!

Beyond the bakery case, we’ve created a thoughtfully curated collection of kitchen- and bakery-inspired gifts that you can explore at our market booth - including tabletop goods, bakeware, recipe tins, measuring cup and spoon sets, aprons, artisan-designed tea towels, tote bags, and home décor.

The Story Behind Chillable

Chillable Bake Shop was founded in 2024 by Mia Rojas as part of her high school entrepreneurship project. Long before it became a business, though, Mia was baking and experimenting with recipes in her home kitchen, drawn to the creativity of developing flavors and making something people would look forward to sharing.

What began as a student business idea quickly grew into something much more. Through the Delavan-Darien Youth Apprenticeship Program, Mia gained hands-on experience during her mentorship with Simple Bakery in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, and she continues to return to Ms. Becke’s entrepreneurship class to share what she has learned with other aspiring young entrepreneurs.

For Mia, baking has always been about more than making something sweet. Food can become part of a memory, a celebration, a gift, or a small moment of comfort—and there is something meaningful about making people feel cared for through what you create. That philosophy continues to shape Chillable today. 

Throughout 2025 and 2026, Chillable built a loyal local following through farmers markets, festivals, and community events. Mia also launched a self-serve bake stand in Darien, Wisconsin, while beginning the transition into a commercial kitchen.

Chillable is entering an exciting new chapter with plans to add wholesale and catering, expand its seasonal and specialty offerings, and eventually take the bakery on the road with a bakery truck! 

Mia is continuing to grow Chillable from a high school entrepreneurship project into a distinctive local bakery brand—all while holding onto the creativity, generosity, and sense of connection that inspired it from the beginning.
