The Story Behind Chillable

Chillable Bake Shop began as a passion project by Mia Rojas, who started baking
and experimenting with recipes in her home kitchen while she was still in high
school. During her senior year, Mia turned her love for baking into something
bigger — a way to share mindful indulgence with her community.

What began as a small idea quickly grew into a full-fledged cottage bakery business, fueled by creativity, curiosity, and a desire to make people feel cared for through food.

Mia’s philosophy — that life’s sweetest moments are meant to be both
satisfying and mindful — continues to guide everything we do.
