Everything you need to know about ordering, pickup, delivery, and timing.

Ordering Basics:

  • All orders require a min 48 hours notice to prepare.

  • Orders can be placed directly through the website by clicking on the desired product, selecting quantity, and adding to cart.

  • At check out, you can select pickup or delivery as an option and choose your preffered date and time.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is complete.

  • NOTE: Seasonal menus may have earlier cut-offs.

Ordering & Timing FAQ's

How far in advance do I need to place my order?

All orders require 48 hours notice so everything can be baked fresh. Large or custom orders may require additional time, especially during busy holiday weeks.

Do you offer same-day or next-day orders?

Not at this time. Since everything is baked fresh to order, I need at least 48 hours to prepare your treats.

Can I schedule my pickup or delivery for a specific time?

Yes! You can choose your preferred pickup or delivery time during checkout. If you need a different time, just send a message and I’ll do my best to accommodate.

Can I place a large order for an event or party?

Yes! I’m happy to prepare larger quantities for events. Please reach out through the Contact page to confirm availability, especially for orders serving 20+ guests.

Do you accept custom cookie orders?

Custom decorated cookie orders are accepted on a limited basis depending on my schedule. If you have a theme or color palette in mind, feel free to ask!

How will I know my order is confirmed?

You’ll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or reach out to me.

What happens if I need to change or cancel my order?

Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup/delivery. After that, ingredients and prep time are already underway.

What is the holiday order deadline?

For Christmas 2025, all holiday orders must be placed by Friday, December 19th. The last pickup and delivery date available is Christmas Eve from 10am - 2pm.

Do holiday items sell out?

No, holiday boxes and seasonal items are made to order. HOWEVER, supplies can be limited due to ingredient stock. Ordering ahead guarantees availability!

Do you offer Christmas Eve delivery or pickup?

Yes! Christmas Eve pickup and delivery will be available on December 24th from 10am - 2pm for all holiday orders placed before the deadline of Dec 19th.

Custom Orders FAQ's

When will the Chillable Cravings Cart be available to rent for events?

We are planning to have it ready by Summer of 2026. If you have an upcoming event and are interested in renting the cart with a custom themed menu - email me to discuss details!

Do you create custom decorated cookies?

Yes, I can plan a custom cookie menu for your event when my schedule allows! Please contact me to discuss your date, design ideas, and availability. (Note: at this time we do not offer Royal Icing decorated cookies.)

How far in advance should I book a custom order?

Custom orders usually require 1–2 weeks notice, depending on the design. For holidays or busy seasons, more time is recommended.

Do you offer custom colors or themes for events?

Yes! I’m happy to customize colors, themes, and packaging for birthdays, showers, and celebrations.

Pickup Information

Where is pickup located?

Pickup is in Delavan, Wisconsin, at our bakery warehouse location. The exact address will be listed on your checkout page.

What are your pickup hours?

Pickup times are chosen during checkout. I offer flexible scheduling to make pickup easy for you! Your options are Monday - Saturday from 10am - 6pm.

What should I do when I arrive for pickup?

Simply park in front of our unit and come into the office to collect your order. You will see a sign that says Chillable Bake Shop in the window.

Can someone else pick up my order for me?

Yes — just make sure they know the name on the order and the pickup time.

Delivery Information

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes! Local delivery is available for nearby areas in Walworth County.

How are delivery fees calculated?

Delivery fees are based on your distance from Delavan and will show up automatically at checkout once you enter your address.

Do I need to be home to receive the delivery?

Yes, someone needs to be home so baked goods aren’t left outside in the weather, heat, or cold.

What towns do you deliver to?

I typically deliver to Darien, Delavan, Elkhorn, Fontana, Lake Geneva, Walworth, Whitewater, and Williams Bay. If you're nearby but not listed, feel free to ask!

Can I schedule a delivery for a specific time?

Yes — you’ll be able to choose a delivery time at checkout.

Is delivery available during busy holiday weeks?

Delivery may be limited during Christmas week depending on volume. If delivery is unavailable for your date, pickup will still be available.

Product FAQ's

How many items come in each order?

  • COOKIES: each listing includes the quantity (usually 1, 4, 6 or 12).

  • BREADS: are sold individually.

  • MUFFINS, SCONES, DONUTS, & CINNAMON ROLLS: are sold in quantities of 6 or 12.

  • KRISPIES: are sold only by the dozen.

  • SEASONAL BOXES: include a mix of flavors in 6 ct, 12 ct or 24 ct.

What size are the cookies?

Cookies vary depending on the type and flavor. Sizes are listed on each product page.

Do your items contain nuts or common allergens?

Some items may contain allergens like wheat, dairy, eggs, or nuts. All treats are made in a home kitchen that handles these ingredients, so cross-contact is possible.

Do you offer gluten-free options?

At this time, I do not offer gluten-free baked goods, as all items contain are baked in a kitchen that handles gluten. However, we do have some Gluten-Friendly options.

What does “gluten-friendly” mean?

“Gluten-friendly” means a recipe is made without gluten ingredients, but it is still prepared in a kitchen that handles gluten. While I do my best to prevent cross-contact, trace amounts of gluten may still be present.

Because of this, gluten-friendly items are not recommended for anyone with celiac disease or severe gluten sensitivities — but many customers who simply avoid gluten by preference feel comfortable enjoying them.

Can I freeze your cookies or other baked goods?

  • COOKIES: Yes! Most cookies freeze very well for up to 2 months. For best results, wrap tightly and thaw at room temperature.

  • BROWNIES: Brownies freeze very well. When wrapped tightly, and stored in an air-tight container. They can be frozen for up to 2–3 months without losing flavor or texture. Thaw at room temp before serving.

  • UN-BAKED CINNAMON ROLLS: YES! These freeze well because they are not baked yet and allow you to bake and serve them fresh at your next gathering!

  • OTHER BAKED GOODS & TREATS: No, most breads and other bakery items or treats do not freeze well. It will affect the texture and quality.

How long will my treats stay fresh?

  • COOKIES: should be stored in an air-tight container at room temp and are best eaten within 3–5 days.

  • BREADS, MUFFINS, SCONES, CINNAMON ROLLS, DONUTS: should be stored in an air-tight container or bag and are best consumed within 3 days if kept at room temp, or you can refrigerate up to 5 days.

  • KRISPIES: keep well for up to 7 days if stored in an air-tight container or bag at room temp.

What forms of payment do you accept?

All major credit/debit cards are accepted during checkout. You can also pay via Shop, Paypal, or Venmo.

Do I need an account to order?

No — you can check out as a guest! However, creating an account lets you easily access your order history.

Do you wholesale to local coffee shops or businesses?

At this time, I’m not offering wholesale, but I may in the future!

The Story Behind Chillable

Chillable Bake Shop began as a passion project by Mia Rojas, who started baking
and experimenting with recipes in her home kitchen while she was still in high
school. During her senior year, Mia turned her love for baking into something
bigger — a way to share mindful indulgence with her community.
